Athleticism to drop into coverage
Play with passion and a high motor
Strong hands; Deadly swim move and very strong tackler
Still getting better
Handles double teams very well

MockDraft 101′s Opinion:
I like Chandler Jones and think he can be a very good player, but probably would of been better served if he stayed in school. He has the natural ability to be a solid 4-3 DE, but he also has the talent to standup in the 3-4. He might need some patience, but with time could become a solid player in this league
Very instinctive; Sees plays develop and doesn’t over pursue or commit to soon
Long arms
Great run defender
Understands angles; Finds ways to the ball
Shows good balance; Regroups well after initial block
Solid closing speed
Sure tackler
Fluid hips
Ability to play inside or outside
Capable in man coverage
Cons:
A tick shorter than you would like
Got away with minimal pass rushing skills due to inferior competition
Not as fast as higher ranked OLB
Can get caught heavy footed in some passing situations
Needs more pass rushing moves
Faced interior competition
MockDraft 101′s Opinion:
Wagner will never makes the flashy plays, but he is consistent and seems to always be around the ball. If he played at a more prestigious school, then he would receive more national recognition. He bounced back and forth between OLB and ILB at Utah St, but due to his instincts and shorter build will force him to be an OLB in a 4-3, with a chance to play ILB in a 3-4. Wagner is a borderline 2nd/3rd round pick.
Depending on who you talk to, is where you’ll find Chapman draft range. If seen anywhere from Top 40 pick to 6th round. Here at MD101, we see him as a guy that 3-4 teams would love to have in the 2nd/3rd round. He’s most likely not going to be an every down player due to his limitations as a puss rusher, but as a two down run stuffer, there aren’t nay better in this draft. He may not have a high ceiling, but his floor isn’t low either.
