- Wagner will never makes the flashy plays, but he is consistent and seems to always be around the ball. If he played at a more prestigious school, then he would receive more national recognition. He bounced back and forth between OLB and ILB at Utah St, but due to his instincts and shorter build will force him to be an OLB in a 4-3, with a chance to play ILB in a 3-4. Wagner is a borderline 2nd/3rd round pick.
